In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, Comptoir Des Epices Madagascar will refund the payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which Comptoir Des Epices is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
If the Customer withdraws from the entire order, Comptoir Des Epices will refund all payments received for that order. If the withdrawal concerns only part of the Products in the order, Comptoir Des Epices will refund the amount corresponding to the returned Products.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used for the order or by bank transfer. Comptoir Des Epices Madagascar may withhold reimbursement until receipt and verification of the returned Products.
Delivery time in metropolitan France
Shipments take place within 24 hours business next receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise indicated on the “basket” page. After delivery by our Shipping Department, your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by Coliposte (tracked Colissimo), 3 working days by Mondial Relay and 1 working day with Chronopost or our Click & Collect service.
