In the event of withdrawal by the Customer,  ComptpoirDesEpices  will reimburse the payments received from the Client without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest  14  days  from the day when  ComptoirDesEpices  is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw. In case of withdrawal of the Customer on the whole of his order,  ComptoirDesEpices  will reimburse all payments received from the Customer for this order. In the event of withdrawal by the Customer on part of the Products of the order,  ComptoirDesEpices  will refund the amount of the returned Products. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one the Customer used for his order or by bank transfer.  ComptoirDesEpices  may defer this reimbursement until receipt and verification of the Products.

Delivery time in metropolitan France

Shipments take place within  24 hours  business next  receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise indicated on the “basket” page.
After delivery by our Shipping Department, your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by Coliposte (tracked Colissimo), 3 working days by Mondial Relay and 1 working day with Chronopost or our Click & Collect service. 
These deadlines are in working days, excluding postal delivery problems.
